Direct Booking Rates
Following are the rates for direct bookings. i.e. They do not include fees of booking agents like AirBnB, Booking.com or IGMS. Also, due to the idiosyncrasies of aligning the various pricing models to our desirable rates, the rates advertised by agents can be significantly higher for longer stays.

Surcharge is applicable for Christmas, New Year, Easter and Derby Bike Week.
**Cancellations: If initiated by the client within 10 days of the reservation, the money paid is not refundable. Outside 10 days an administration fee of 30% will be retained.
