Accommodation at the Overflow

The Overflow is a charming self-contained mud brick residence. It is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance.

The Overflow is primarily used for Michelle’s invited guests and Tad’s crafty activities. Occasionally it is available to paying guests.

The Overflow has a well-equipped dine-in kitchen, a studio-lounge, a study and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a small sunny deck from which to enjoy the gardens whilst savouring a morning coffee.

Due to its layout the Overflow is ideal for couples wanting the space for a longer stay when exploring the North East of Tasmania.

The accommodation includes all linen, towels and toiletries. Car parking is immediately next to the cottage. WiFi internet is available in addition to 4G reception (Note that Optus is more reliable than the Telstra network).

Your hosts provide the basics for a brew of tea or coffee; which you can enjoy on the deck or in the Gardens. There is a convenient IGA grocery store in Branxholm for you to purchase items for the remainder of your stay. If you don’t feel like cooking you can consider  other options for dining out.
